Key tasks
In this position, your flair for high standards of food preparation and superb presentation are called for.
You will also help run all food outlets within the hotel including our restaurant and event kitchens and assist in the training of other chefs in good working procedures and take care of a broad range of other duties.
To succeed within this role you will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi-skill and keep calm under pressure.
Live-in staff accommodation is available should this be required.
