Key tasks

Ibis Edinburgh Centre South Bridge is looking for a Full -Time Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen Team.

You contribute to the restaurant service and the quality of production by managing you own section. You work autonomously to prepare dishes according to technical fact sheets. You manage the work of the kitchen aids. You are in charge of one area of the kitchen and oversee its organisation, coordination and service.
Able to take over the full kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally you will also have prior experience and knowledge as CDP, leading a small brigade whilst on shift with the dedication to working to high standards and the ability to priorities your workload.
