We are Bokan, the dockside beacon for artisanal food & drink made using a mixture of local, ancient and adopted British ingredients.
We have crafted a menu inspired by rich European cultural cuisines that have flowed along the Thames since ancient times.

We are currently looking for the following roles for our fabulous Kitchen brigade:
• Chef de Partie
Led by the extremely talented Executive Chef, Aurelie Altemaire, this role will allow you to develop your skills while honing in your passion and appreciation of tastes and flavours.
As part of the supervisory team, you will support the team by managing your own section and ensuring high standards in food preparation and delivery and well as food hygiene and health and Safety.

A good level of English, both written and spoken is essential and flexibility is required as
there will be a combination of early morning, evening and weekend shifts.
