Key tasks

We are looking for a full time Chef de Partie, who has enthusiasm about cooking, thrives in meeting and exceeding guest’s expectations and a flexible attitude towards an ever changing catering environment. Working in cohesion with a great team of up and coming Executives, whilst reporting to the Executive Chef you can make this opportunity your own.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Organise each food service so that it runs efficiently and productively.
-Liaise with Executive Chef on communication between food and beverage production and service.
-Prepare and cook all food orders with a sense of urgency.
-Check all food is stored and handled as per food control plan
-Ensuring staff levels are maintained to provide excellent service whilst being cost effective.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum 1 years plus as a trade qualified chef with previous experience in a similar role
-An understanding and knowledge of budgets and costing
-Buffet experience advantageous
-Strong A la carte experience
-Able to train & mentor current & new staff
-Able to produce quality food product for all outlets
-A Flexible approach to adapting to guest needs
