Job Description

We are currently hiring for various culinary positions! If you have experience in fast-paced restaurant or event environments, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be serving high-quality food across multiple outlets, including à la carte, buffet, cold larder, mise-en-place, and banquets.

We’re looking for candidates with a broad range of cooking styles and techniques, a strong commitment to culinary excellence, and proven experience. Your expertise in time management and passion for exceptional dining will help you thrive in our team.

Qualifications

·  Trade qualifications and previous experience in the hotel industry preferred
·  Knowledge of food safety requirements
·  Service oriented with an eye for detail
·  Time management skills with the ability to multitask 
·  Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
·  Ability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
