Key tasks
We are looking for Bar Manager for a new concept opening July on the harbour side in Bristol. A bar & restaurant with a fresh seasonal brunch & evening menu ,cocktail & craft beer driven bar focus.
We are looking for someone who has the skill’s & drive to run the bar operation at B & M, with a cocktail menu offering including highballs, old fashioned’s & classics, the right person can implement there own style.
Soul-shakers consultancy will be involved in the training to help you get up & running & we will also be offering a craft beer & cider selection to tick every box for our customers.
The bar will also service 116 rooms in the Hotel & 3 conference rooms so its a great opportunity to take your career to the next level.
