Hourly Salary: £11 - £11.50

As a Breakfast Team Member, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:

• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests, making all guests experience positive.

• Take a positive problem solving approach with guest problems and concerns, call the Manager on Duty if difficulties arise.
• Actively sell and promote, hotel facilities and service
• Ensuring that the breakfast buffet remains well-stocked at all times
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service
