Key tasks

The Breakfast Team Leader is responsible for the smooth running of the breakfast service ensuring that this key moment in the guest journey is delivered with a welcoming and human touch.

As Breakfast Team Leader, your main responsibilities are as follows:

- delivering a memorable breakfast experience to the guests
- ensuring satisfaction scores targets are met and exceeded
- organisation and delegation of the tasks relating to the breakfast service
- ensuring the restaurant is ready and well presented for the service to start
- leader the team to deliver an exceptional and memorable experience to the guests
- controlling the revenues and costs associated to the breakfast operation
- controlling stocks of equipment and supplies, ensuring no necessary wastage occurs
- welcoming, training and leading new members of staff into the department
