Our hotel consists of 146 bedrooms, 6 meeting Rooms, a restaurant & bar as well as a soon to open swimming pool and sauna.

Job Description

As our next Breakfast Supervisor

Are you passionate about guest interaction, Food and Beverage? As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:

·  Provide guidance and support to the Breakfast Team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
·  You will be responsible for ensuring the Breakfast & Conference Service is run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive.
·  Give attention to detail, ensuring that that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space.
·  Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Breakfast team.
·  Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained.
·  Give attention to detail, ensuring that that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space.
·  Actively participate in safe work practices and procedures in thr workplace and emergency procedures.
·  Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.



·  Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything Food and Beverage.
·  Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
·  Previous experience working in Meetings & Events Operations would be adavantageous.
