We are looking for a Breakfast Team Member with tons of personality!

- High standards of customer service and guest orientated.

- Fabulous presence and welcome.

- Eye for details to replenish the breakfast buffet.

- Fast and neat to clear tables.

Working alone you participate in the daily tasks involved in running the breakfast service. You set up the breakfast. You greet the guests. You control reporting to ensure all breakfasts are charged correctly. You maintain the breakfast buffet. You clear the tables and clean the kitchen and common areas linked to the restaurant. You monitor stock levels and check deliveries. You ensure all aspects of health & safety / food safety are adhered to.

This is a part time position of approx 100 hours per month, consisting of x 4 shifts per week over 7 days, each shift is 5.5 hours (06:00-11:30 Weekdays / 06;30-12:00 Weekends).

Benefits Include: Salary of £8 per hour, meals on duty, uniform, paid holidays (pro-rata), free hotel breaks, a yearly bonus scheme to earn an extra salary depending in hotel and performance objectives, cycle to work scheme and many more.
