Key tasks

We are looking to recruit a Breakfast Cook for our new restaurant concept 'Keepers Lounge Bar and Kitchen', you will be part of a team of 9 chefs reporting to the Head Chef.

MAIN DUTIES for Breakfast Cook:
- Prepare hot and cold meals following company standards
- Prepare English Breakfast
- Follow standards with a high level of preparation and presentation of all productions from the kitchen
- Comply strictly with all Food Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations in the work place

PERSONAL PROFILE:
- Fast learner with attention to detail,
- Efficient and organised,
- Flexible and resilient,
- Team player with positive mindset,

You must be prepared to start work as early as 5:00 a.m. (breakfast).
