Bartender/ Food & Beverage Attendant

Job description

Key tasks

This role is for a talented individual, with previous experience in Bartending, and a strong desire to perfect their craft and provide an exceptional guest experience at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing bar service of a wide range of beverages, and proactive table service.
- Providing attentive and personalized service for all guests and visitors to ensure a memorable experience.
- Delivery of beverages and meals to tables, and assisting other Food & Beverage outlets when required.
- Ensuring that a warm atmosphere is provided, both in service and ambiance.
- Processing all transactions accurately using POS terminal and accurate cashiering for all accounts.
- Daily preparation and closing of bar area, including stock management and cleaning duties.

Essential and optional requirements

- Must have a PASSION for delivering a wonderful experience to all guests.
- Articulate verbal communication and exceptional personal presentation.
- LCQ Qualification and barista knowledge preferred, including understanding of spirits, beer, and wine.
- Previous bar experience preferred.
- Exposure in a 4 or 5 star service environment preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time.
