Key tasks

You will be responsible for:
• Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
• Designing, preparing and serving a variety of drinks from our extensive Cocktail, Gin, Whisky and Wine menus
• Greeting and seating our guests in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner
• Taking guests orders and inputting accurately into the micros system
• Clearing and resetting tables after our guests have departed
• Assisting in laying out tables during mise en place in accordance with hotel policy
• Upselling & displaying sales techniques at all times
• Ensuring that all cutlery, crockery and glassware are clean and polished to a high standard before and after service

As a Mixologist we are looking for people who have:
• A good rapport with guests
• The ability to work under pressure and work well in a team environment
• A Customer focused attitude and will look after our guests during their time in our eXchange Food & Drink Lounge.
• A high level of personal cleanliness and presentation
• A good level of spoken English
• A basic knowledge POS

Other duties include:
• Be fully aware of current licensing laws and the hotel/restaurant licensing policy in order that these are adhered to at all times
