Key tasks

Be positive, happy and personable with a great personality. Set up and close down of the hotel bar. Good knowledge of wine, whisky and spirits. Make and serve drinks including cocktails. Take food and drinks orders from guests. Cash handling. Completing daily cleaning schedules. Cash Banking.
