BAR TEAM LEADER (EXPERIENCED)

As a member of our team you will be naturally friendly, welcoming, and professional and be able to provide exceptional hospitality to our guests. You will always strive to exceed the guest’s expectations, and will do this by monitoring our service standards, and paying attention to guest’s individual requirements and tailoring guest experience to each guest. Hours will be on a full/part time basis, with hours to suit.
We are seeking an experienced Bar Assistant Team Leader who can assist the restaurant manager in delivering profitability and ensuring compliance with all regulatory laws. You will also help lead a team of bar staff and develop them through coaching and mentoring to reach their next steps. Within the role, all aspects of bar work will be undertaken including but not exclusively: opening and closing, line cleaning, receiving deliveries and stock rotation. You will at times be responsible for the bar when the management team are absent.
You will need to demonstrate great flair with the ability to work under pressure. Experience working behind a bar is essential. You will also need to demonstrate that you can lead a team to deliver a great customer experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Efficient, engaging and friendly customer service.
• Producing quality drinks every time, with care and accuracy.
• Comply with health and safety, food safety and all other procedures and regulations.
• Assist and deal with customers politely and professionally at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, cashing up and ordering.

Qualifications and Skills
• An experienced Bartender
• Can engage and interact with guests.
• Organised & motivated.
• Can adapt easily between the requirements of a busy operation.
• A fresh & exciting approach to drink service preparation & presentation.
• Good job knowledge and skills in Customer Service.
• Food and drink orientated with good attention to detail.
• Motivated team player.
