Key tasks

• Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
• Contributes globally to guest satisfaction through the quality of his/her work
• Is responsible for all area of the restaurant and bar, in charge of organisation, coordination and waiter service
• Is responsible for setting up the bar
• Provides a high standard of hospitality and service for guests in the F&B point of sale
• Helps employees improve their skills and provides support for career development, Support lobby & Beverage manager of coordination with team
• Take responsible for all area in the absence of the manager
• Assumes function of the lobby & Beverage Manager in her absence, to ensure smooth and efficient operation at all time
