Job description

Key tasks

Actively participate in the training action plan of your department or Hotel

Be familiar with all Emergency and safety procedures (You are member of the evacuation team)

Be familiar with all hotel facilities and the use of all equipment’s - tools-materials,... in your department Keep clean and in good condition all the hotel premises and properties Pay attention to your grooming and behavior.

Participate in any duties requested by your superior

Deliver all Lost and Found to the Housekeeping

Handle guest complains in the limit of your position following the standards

Develop your multi-skills in the following positions: all F&B duties

Replace his superior if absent at the morning briefing

By controlling their work's assignments according to their job description

By controlling the punctuality and professional appearance/behavior

By dispatching them regarding the need and occupancy of the hotel

Be ready to replace any of the staff or help them in their daily activity in case of high occupancy
