We are looking for a wonderfully talented Leader to run our Soap factory Bar operations..
We want a fun, enthusiastic and out going professional,
With a passion to lead the team to deliver an amazing personalised customer service.

Mission:

To bring the wow factor to the team and customers by creating a fun and lively atmosphere
To Motivate the team and create a competitive sales spirit by implementing a variety of Sales Challenges
To develop good team spirit and motivation by creating a happy working atmosphere.
To know the market and customer needs, create cocktails and current trend.

Specific Requirements:

A big smile and a 'can do' attitude
Passionate about customer service
Always leading by example
The ability to coach and motivate the team
Be business agile
Successful retail experience is a plus

You assist the Food and Beverage Manager in all their tasks. In addition, you are responsible for the organisation and the quality of services offered to the customers at the different eating areas. You optimize and develop the sales of eating areas. You coordinate and supervise the different teams in the department and monitor stock management. You participate in the elaboration of the Bar sales and marketing plan.You integrate, train and lead the team. You initiate new projects and oversee their implementation and results.
