Key tasks

Job Responsibility:
• Reports directly to the Magnifique Meetings Operations Manager.
• Assist the Magnifique Meetings in overseeing the audio visual section.
• Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the department.
• Consistently monitor and adhere to Sofitel operating standards and service culture.
• Build commitment and inspire ambassadors to do the best job possible.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment’s in team through thorough checks and testing
• Participate in the set-up of meeting rooms and assist in the up-keeping of the brand standard.
• To ensure that all AV storage areas are clean, organized & under no circumstance dangers any of the equipment.
• Implementing 5 star service levels.
• Reports any malfunction to any of the AV equipment to the supplier as all equipment are under warranty.
• To ensure that no wires are visible to guests, nor crossing from one side to side without proper coverage.
• Refer to the Sofitel Standards and ensure compliance in every way.
• Ensure ambassadors and external guests are treated in the same professional manner.
