Key tasks

- Ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the Oopen Restaurant in accordance with the established guidelines in the department Operation Manual.
- Ensure that your team delivers quality service in production of customer service at all points of sale in the hotel.
- Ensure the correct operation of the various services in your department.
- Effective leadership of all Team Leaders in the division.
- Motivate and create a team spirit in the Food & Beverage Department.
- Ensure that the profitability of your department is consistent.
- Ensure that the health and safety regulations are complied with and applied in the department.
- Ensure that there is compliance with the work legislation in Food & Beverage Department.
- Strive to implement the Accor Vision and demonstrate active use of the Accor Values
- Have an excellent knowledge of the services offered by the hotel and ensure that all customers are aware of them.
- To ensure optimize earning (number of covers and average price) for your points of sales.
- Be involved in the pricing policy of your departments.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement any corrective actions with the agreement of management.
- Creates contact with the seminar and group organizers.
