We are now seeking to recruit an Assistant Welcome Manager (Front Office) to join our professional Welcome team.

Overview of duties:

- Supporting the Welcome Manager in leading and motivating the Welcome Team whilst ensuring a great working environment and atmosphere
- Co-ordinating and organising the department (including preparation of rota, processing of payroll, preparation of training plans etc.)
- Ensuring company and Pullman brand standards are adhered to in line with the brand's recommended behavioural guidelines
- Training and developing the team whilst ensuring guest satisfaction at all times by providing the ultimate personalised Guest Experience
- Developing high quality and lasting relationships with guests and creating loyalty
- Carrying out performance reviews for team members, setting targets and helping them progress in their careers by developing their skills
- Working towards the achievement of departmental and hotel targets (both qualitative and quantitative)
- Ensuring the Guest Experience is at the heart of every interaction

Essential and optional requirements

Applies and ensures application of the hotel's security regulations (in case of fire etc)

Respects and ensures respect of the hotel's commitments to the 'Environment Charter' (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc)

The ideal candidate should have
Team spirit
Be extremely guest oriented and service minded
Strong Leadership skills
Great organisation skills
Sales skills

A must have a previous hotel background and hold a managerial position

You will report to the Welcome Manager

Have a previous knowledge of OPERA

You will work with a dedicated team and be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career within an International Company.
