Job Description

Reporting to Sales Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

·  Assistant Sale Manager to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize MICE revenue and market share
·  Assistant Sale Manager to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
·  Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MICE sector, with a focus on both domestic and international markets.
·  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of MICE events and client satisfaction
·  Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance and market insights

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in MICE sales
·  Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry
·  Strong knowledge of the MICE sector and current market trends
·  Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
·  Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
·  Fluency in English
·  Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
