Key tasks

- As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will have the passion and enthusiasm to ensure all guest’s expectations are exceeded and memorable moments are provided as well as continuously looking at ways to enhance the offering of the Restaurant.
- As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will support the Food and Beverage Manager in leading and managing a team.
-This role requires someone who has had similar restaurant experience within a 5* Hotel environment.
-The Assistant Restaurant Manager should have excellent understanding of food and drink and has the passion for hospitality.
-You will be well polished, be highly confident and overall be an inspiring and naturally positive individual.
