Job description

Key tasks

• An ambassador needs to understand the concept of reservation to ensure that he/she is able to deliver the best service to the guest.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel facilities/services, room rates, packages, promotions, room service menu and comply with all departmental procedures/standards.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times and resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
