We are currently looking for 2 guest centric Daytime Assistant Managers who will thrive in a busy environment and will love taking on hotel responsibility in absence of the management team.
We are offering an opportunity to take on a leadership position in Accor's largest 5 Star NZ Property and gain further development and exposure to greater hotel operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Acting as the main point of contact in the hotel during your shift and being responsible for ensuring the hotel runs smoothly in the absence of the General Manager.
• Shift supervision across the front office area.
• Leading the Front Office team to ensure Pullman Service Standards are displayed at all times.
• Drive up-sells as part of Hotel revenue management culture
• Ensure Accor's guest loyalty and recognition program is maintained and delivered to it's highest standards.
• Motivate and empower team members to problem solve and surprised our guests with novelty.

Professional experiences 1 to 2 years
Languages essential English (Primary tongue)
Essential and optional requirements
• Previous Front Office experience at supervisory level is essential
• Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication - both written and verbal.
• Leadership capability
• Availability to work rostered shifts
• Current GM Certificate
