Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager - Finance to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making within our organization.

·  Plan and prepare expense account schedules as required
·  Ensure accurate reconciliation of Balance Sheet items with respective subsidiary ledgers and schedules
·  Control and review accounting processes to maintain financial integrity
·  Assist in preparing comprehensive financial reports and analyses
·  Support the Finance Manager in strategic financial planning and decision-making
·  Implement and maintain internal financial controls
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems
·  Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics
·  Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
·  Mentor and guide junior finance team members

Qualifications

·  MCom or MBA in Finance required
·  3-5 years of experience in financial management or related field
·  Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
·  Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
·  Strong communication and leadership skills
·  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
·  Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
·  Experience in financial forecasting and budgeting
·  Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations
·  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
·  Strong organizational and time management skills
·  Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
