Negotiate with clients using creative and attractive menu presentations and event proposals, to achieve both maximum revenue/profit potential and fulfilment of contractual responsibilities while satisfying client needs.
Coordinate with the Director of Sales and Catering to insure proper utilization of function space and guest room blocks to yield maximum revenues.
Ensure that a “Sales culture & performance” is spread in the hotel, through the participation in Sales & Revenue meetings and regular information provided to the hotel teams.
Qualify client’s needs; expectations and directions to define the value proposition to be delivered and the partnership possibilities.
Develop close relationships with clients, e-partners and key decisions makers to increase Accor’s weight/position.
Prior relevant experience of at least 1 to 2 years in a similar responsibility.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.
Excellent Communication Skill.
Should be Well -Groomed & Presentable.
