Key tasks

The Mercure Dunkenhalgh Hotel and Spa is currently recruiting for an Assistant Leisure Club Manager to join the team.

Reporting the Leisure Club Manager, the following attributes are required.

A 'Can do' personality.

Previous experience in a Hotel or stand alone leisure club

Minimum previous position being as a supervisor

A Sales driven mentality

The ability to motivate and develop a team

First Aid and Pool Responder qualification

The ability to manage staff

Be hands on
