  • Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Supervisor or similar role

  • Understanding of hotel management best practices and relevant laws

  • Hands-on experience with OPERA is preferred

  • Proficiency in Japanese and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

  • Engaging and customer-centric with outstanding communication and active listening skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours

  • Strong sense of responsibility and professionally presentable

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.


  • Create personal and warm welcome, as well as memorable guest service experiences.

  • Active monitoring and retention of guest profile and preferences

  • Effective Guest Management with efficient resolution skills, requests and emergency handling to ensure overall satisfaction.

  • Maintain relations with regular hotel guests and clients.

  • Promote Loyalty program and its associated benefits to guests, ensuring member recognition and benefits received.

  • Promote hotel programs, offers and facilities.

  • Analyze guest feedback and provide action plans to improve satisfaction.

  • Demonstrate and communicate key drivers of guest satisfaction for the brand's target clients.

  • Assist with operations as required.
