ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Key tasks

We are currently looking for Assistant General Manager to work alongside with the General Manager and support the team.

As an Assistant General Manager You have a very varied role: you assist the hotel manager with team management, administration, internal communication, but you may also take on specific tasks such as the implementation of AccorHotels projects.

Main duties as an Assistant General Manager is to ensure the efficient and and smooth running of the operations with a strong hands on approach and manage the reception team. You will lead by example and demonstrate high level of customer care & service to our guests. In order to provide the best service to our guests and ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations you will need to be able to co-ordinate effectively with the maintenance and housekeeping department.

You will be responsible for the Talent & Culture department paying special attention to the training and coaching of the reception team as per requirement, maintaining records accordingly and make the roster on monthly basis among other tasks.

You will ensure that all procedures are correctly applied to keep consistency with the brand. In addition to this in an event of any discrepancies, you will be able to fully investigate and report back finding as per procedure.

You need to be ENTHUSIASTIC, SELF-MOTIVATED, PROACTIVE and with a good eye for detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication skills to build relationships with guests and within the hotel is essential.
