Job description

Key tasks

Reporting directly to the General Manager you will manage the day to day operations of the front of house teams.

Managing all aspects of quality & guest relations you will strive to achieve the highest standards you can and you will want to stand out from the crowd within the network.

Managing Heads of Department & their teams for Food & Beverage and Front office this role requires multi tasking on a daily basis.

Delivering our Heartist training to the teams and keeping this at the forefront of their minds will be a key focus for this role.

Driving the revenue opportunities to ensure potential revenues are maximised and costs are controlled to deliver budget.

Play a key role in delivering our sustainability programme Planet 21 and keeping this alive within the hotel & teams will be a key area.

Work alongside our subcontractors to ensure the highest service is achieved.

Work with the General Manager to review and achieve budgeted revenue targets and also deliver bottom line profits, finding area's to increase margins
and decrease costs.

Build your network within the Ealing area, looking for sales opportunities and strengthen relationships within our marketplace.
