We are looking for a motivated and passionate Assistant General Manager who understands the hospitality business and operations with a true passion in making our guests and team to feel welcome. This will be a great opportunity for someone who wants to advance their career in the hospitality.
You will assist the General Manager in the effective management, administration, planning, organisation, and control of the hotel and its services

General Missions
• Assist the General Manager in his role of leader, manager, administrator and salesman
• Participate in the hotel's organisation and manage the accommodation and Food and Beverage team.
• Be readily available for the teams and hotel guests, and work with the General Manager to ensure a high level of quality for all services
• Ensure Guest satisfaction and loyalty thought handling complaints and coming up with solutions, analysing and replying to guest’s feedback, oversee hotel quality performance through GSS.
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of new employees. Develop, coach and train the team, conduct annual performance reviews. Managerial responsibility over all of the team under your authority.
• Administration responsibility with invoicing, cash operations and activity reports. Carry out inventories in compliance with administrative and financial procedures.
• Overlook the group reservation sales and organisation
• Replace the General Manager when he is not on site
