Key tasks

The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible and accountable, under the direction of the Front Office Manager for the efficient overall day to day operations of the hotel whilst on duty.

RESPONSIBLITIES
• The Assistant Front Office Manager is to ensure and oversee that all the Front Office Assistant and Reservation Assistant shift procedures and duties are completed on time and are procedurally correct.
• The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for receiving and escorting all VIP’s and ensuring that they feel comfortable and welcome on arrival to the hotel.
• Responsible for attending to, resolving or acting upon any alarms or security breaches that may occur whilst on duty.
• The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible and must be well equip in fire and emergency procedures and for contacting Senior Management in case of a fire or emergency whilst on duty.
• Supervise and assist on Front Office Assistant, Guest Relations, Reservation Assistants, Telephone Operators and Bellmen roles and duties daily.
• To oversee and monitor movement at Premier Lounge, Business Center, Le Club and Accor Plus, Kids Club and Fitness Center
• Ensure credit policy is adhered to at all times, alerting the Front Office Manager of any potential credit risks.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the management
