- · Taking responsibility for the business performance of the Restaurant/Bar/Room Service and banquet by analyzing and planning restaurant/bar/room service and banquet sales levels and profitability.
- Ensure that department’s operations budget is adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled
- Improves the department's results by increasing sales and the productivity of F&B points of sales
- Manages and motivates the teams in order to improve sales and the quality of F&B services
- Minimum 2 years experience in 4 star hotel
- Sound communication skill
- Ability to create, implement, monitor and plan evaluate FB business plan
