Job Description

·  Provide technical expertise and guidance to engineering teams.
·  Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and documentation.
·  Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
·  Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing engineering projects.
·  Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
·  Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
·  Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.
·  Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
·  Recruit and hire talented engineering professionals.
·  Develop and manage engineering budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
·  Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
·  Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product and service excellence.
·  Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
·  Identify and address quality issues promptly.
·  Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
·  Stay informed about regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
·  Work closely with other departments, such as manufacturing, operations, and sales, to achieve organizational goals.
·  Foster strong relationships with clients and partners

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or a related field.
·  Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
·  Several years of experience in engineering roles, including project management and team leadership.
·  Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Strong organizational and time management abilities.
·  Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools.
·  A strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
