Job description

• Responsible for the day to day management of the Engineering and Maintenance operations in an efficient condition to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and employees.
• Lead a team of engineering and maintenance specialists responsible for all engineering operations such as trouble shooting operation, repair, built-up, maintenance of mechanical, electrical service and general building.
• To ensure the compliance of all local fire safety, building control & environmental codes and regulations.
• Coordinate and linking with various service companies, contractors, consultant, architect, and government, etc.
