Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLL

•As a Arabic Sous chef, you are the creative force behind the property’s Middle Eastern offerings. Your role is to lead the Arabic and Cold Kitchen team in crafting innovative, high-quality creations that align with the lifestyle brand’s ethos. You will manage all aspects of Middle Eastern & Cold breakfast production, from concept development to daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless integration with the overall culinary vision.

Qualifications

YOUR SKILL & EXPERIENCE

•Proven experience as an Arabic Sous Chef or in a similar role within Middle Eastern cuisine.

•Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary Arabic dishes, ingredients, and culinary techniques

•Ability to develop creative, high-quality recipes that align with modern lifestyle brand concepts

•Commitment to maintaining hygiene, safety, and food quality standards at all times

•Ability to work collaboratively with multicultural teams and communicate effectively

•Passion for innovation, trend awareness, and continuous improvement in culinary offerings
