Job description

Key tasks

RESPONSBILITIES
This role reports to the Chief Engineer
Assist Chief Engineer with all the administrative works
Monitor Department budget with Chief Engineer
Daily briefing and co-ordinate on Technician duty responsbility
Monitor and manage Engineering Department staff claim such as leave, OT
Submit all claim to HR and Finance
Record and monitor daily statistic utilities (Energy and Water)
Annual report submission to statutory board (PUB, NEA, etc)
Monthly report submission to Finance
Attend to all phone calls
