Key tasks

1. 有能力同时处理多个任务。
2. 熟练掌握Word,Excel,PowerPoint等软件。
3. 出色的人际交往和问题处理能力。
4. 为行政总厨的日常工作提供行政支持。
5. 负责上级下发文件的签收,各类收、发文件的分类、整理、归档工作。
6. 英语流利者优先。

1. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Internet usage.
3. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
4. Provide administrative support and for Executive Chef.
5. Responsible for delivering, classifying, settling and archiving departmental documents.
6. English as a second language an asset.
