Key tasks
Join our ibis Family as Administration Coordinator!
You will:
• Be Guest orientated
• Check the Day expected Guest Arrivals & Occupancy
• Prepare VIP trays and any special occasions for Guest Satisfaction
• Respond to email enquiries concerning reservation, payment and availability
• Answer to Guests and Partners on the phone and via email
• Prepare all the Front Office administration
• Be flexible to go to the Front Office for check ins/outs if needed
