Java Team Leader/Senior Developer

Job description

In this role you will lead development of custom functionalities for Oracle Xstore Java system that uses Webservices integration.

Key responsibilities may include:

· Managing & coaching members of the team, including delegating tasks and set deadlines
· Monitor team performance and motivate team members
· Oversee day-to-day operations
· Discover training needs
· Coding and unit testing program modules that meet design specifications; assisting in design
· Documenting written code
· Participating in application design – you can have real impact on what we build and how we build it
· Providing expertise in designing right solutions for the specific tasks

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:

·  Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
·  Organizational and time-management skills
·  Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
·  General knowledge of Waterfall (PMI or PRINCE2) methodologies
·  Good knowledge of Agile approaches (Scrum)
·  2 years of experience in Java programming (Java, JEE)
·  SQL knowledge at level that allows freely read and analyze data in the database
·  Experience with ORM and JPA aspects
·  Experience in working with source control management systems (Git/SVN)
·  Experience in developing webservices integration
·  Experience of working with IDE: any of IntelliJ, Eclipse



Nice to have:

·  Experience in working with tools like Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jenkins
·  Knowledge of build automation tools like Gradle, Maven, Ant
·  Experience in working with application server
·  Experience in Unix%5CLinux environments
·  Experience in working with any kind of Enterprise Service Bus (OSB, Talend, etc)
