Workday, Conversion Consultant (H&PS) will focus on delivering conversion programs for HCM solutions to Health and Public Service clients. This role will drive the data conversion workstream, completing activities helping clients plan legacy data extraction, transformation, and loading in Workday and cross functional data validation.

Job Description :

A professional at the Consultant level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

· Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration; may have supervisory responsibilities
· Accountable for conversion workstream and/or project activities assigned by technical lead or supervisor
· Interaction with all workstreams including functional, reports, integrations, change management and project management
· Adapt existing methods, tools and procedures to create solutions to deliver on client needs
· Analyze business requirements to determine conversion solutions across various workstreams; documentation of requirements, data transformation programs, converting and loading Data into Workday using excel and other ETL/SQL scripts to transform and load data, data validation and defect resolution, alternatives and final decisions

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications :

·  Workday Certification or equivalent hands-on system experience required
·  Experience working in either the Health or Public Services sector is highly preferred; however, if no experience in that area, must have strong hands-on experience in Workday implementations including development, design, and configuration
·  Minimum 2+ years hands experience with Workday and at least 1 year or full implementation of Workday with at least 4 full data conversions
·  Proficiency in at least one of the following data conversion areas:
·  EIBs/iLoad solutions
·  Complex reporting (calculated fields, Workday object model)
·  Expertise and experience must be hands-on in implementation and/or configuration of Workday solutions, not just functional utilization
·  Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
·  Minimum of 2+ years prior consulting experience
·  Must be able to travel each week 100% between Monday - Thursday

Preferred:

·  Workday HCM certification preferred
·  Bachelor's Degree
