Job Title: Content Operations Analyst - UK SST
Location : Dublin / London

JOB PURPOSE

The UK Sales Support Team (UK SST) is a UKI Exec sponsored initiative which aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our business development spend and improve the overall proposal management capability of the UK practice. The team achieves this objective by providing the Operating Groups and Growth Platforms a wide range of high quality standardised service offerings from Credentials Harvesting to end-to-end Proposal Management, enabling the sales teams and subject matter experts more time to spend developing tailored and differentiated solutions and managing the relationships with their clients.

The UK SST provides a single point of contact for proposal support for all Operating Groups and Growth Platforms in the UK.

The Content Operations Analyst supports in the delivery of the content strategy. Maintains and promotes selected content assets (TPC, Credentials and Proposal Repositories) required for delivery of the managed services and self-service portal offering.

SCOPE

Reporting to the Content Management Lead, the Content Operations Analyst:

· Identifies, harvests, catalogues relevant content for use by the UK SST
· Reviews and maintains content repositories
· Supports in creating content strategy and processes
· Tracks and reports content usage and sharing
· Assists team members with content research requests and related queries.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Content Management Delivery

· Maintains content management tools and assets, including:
· UK SST Credentials Repository
· UK SST Proposal Repository
· UK SST Themed Proposal Content Library
· Supports UK SST content harvesting and cataloguing processes and procedures
· Undertakes formatting and consistency checking of new content items as part of harvesting process
· Collaborates with capability and offering teams and subject matter experts to identify and promote relevant content for the UK SST and client sales teams
· Promotes awareness of specific content assets across UK SST
· Provides team members with advice and guidance for identifying content artifacts to support sales proposals
· Supports UK SST Operations Team with updated content for self-service portal including Credentials Matrix, Quick Links, TPC Library

Qualifications :

Content Reporting

·  Tracks and reports UK SST compliance with content processes and protocols
·  Tracks and reports content usage and sharing within team
·  Conducts regular pulse surveys within the team to identify opportunities for improvement to content assets

Quality Assurance

·  Supports UK SST Content Lead to drive quality and consistency across content repositories
·  Conducts usability reviews and testing of content repositories to ensure they are fit for purpose and accessible
·  Contributor to UK SST Continual Service Improvement Plan

Collaboration

·  Attends Operating Groups/Industry/Offering calls to learn about new service and technology offerings
·  Supports the cross-GU content collaboration agenda (e.g. content creation and sharing)
·  Promotes awareness of new and / or decommissioned content across the UK SST
·  Undertakes training of team members in content assets as required
·  Undertakes ad-hoc content research requests in support of team priorities
