Accenture Cloud First Applications focuses on offering transformational and differentiated cloud services to our clients across leading and emerging application platforms – in particular Salesforce, Workday, Google and Pega. These services include cloud strategy and technology consulting, as well as Cloud application implementation, integration and management services. In May 2015, Accenture acquired Tquila, the leading Salesforce boutique consulting company in the UK. Later in 2015, Accenture announced the acquisition of Cloud Sherpas, a global leader in cloud advisory and technology services specializing in Salesforce, Google for Work and ServiceNow. These acquisitions were part of our global strategy to be the leading provider of cloud advisory and implementation services. We are making excellent progress integrating Tquila and Cloud Sherpas into our Cloud First Applications Team here in the UK.

Our Change Management Consultant will collaborate with customer stakeholders and the Google team to create and implement training and change management plans that minimise employee resistance and maximise employee engagement and adoption of Google Apps for Work in their workplace. The consultant focuses on the people side of change – including changes to user behaviour, business processes, job roles and organisation structures.

Desired profile

Our Change Management Consultant will collaborate with customer stakeholders and the Google team to create and implement training and change management plans that minimise employee resistance and maximise employee engagement and adoption of Google Apps for Work in their workplace. The consultant focuses on the people side of change – including changes to user behaviour, business processes, job roles and organisation structures.

● A degree in a related area or relevant experience
● Experience related to successful delivery of training and/or change management
work in the disciplines of change management methodology, communication
planning, and training/performance support
● Experience in an IT organisation or consulting firm, as well as, a minimum of 1
year project and team management experience
● Experience with large-scale organisational change effort
● Experience writing comprehensive and descriptive training documentation
● A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change
process
● Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation as well as balance and
prioritise multiple projects
● Enthusiastic, professional, and confident personality with excellent oral/ written
communication skills and active listening skills to fully understand the customer
requirements, pain points, and concerns
● Comfortable working closely with our product, support, engineering, and sales
teams using the tact and diplomacy necessary to work as part of a team and to
problem solve in varied political environments
● Gifted in building credibility with stakeholders
● Knowledge to translate customers requirements into a demonstration of a
change management plan that works
● Intellectual curiosity and a passion for disruptive digital communication,
collaboration and productivity tools
● A strong feature & functionality knowledge of Google Apps, Cloud Computing,
SAAS and other messaging and collaboration products
● The creativity to develop compelling, inspiring, innovative curricula and learning
experiences
● Ability to be self starting in a fast paced and evolving environment
● Ability and willingness to travel in the UK and Europe
