Software Engineering professionals work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or maintain multiple system components or applications for Accenture or our clients.

Testing professionals utilize Accenture delivery assets to plan and implement Testing and quality assurance initiatives to ensure solution quality before deployment.

Functional Testing professionals apply Accenture methods and other assessment procedures to make sure a system executes all of the functions (processes, commands, integrations, security, etc.) included in the design specifications.

While driving quality in our solutions they provide deep expertise in planning, constructing and executing test scripts. They demonstrate the ability to cope with growing complexity and creativity in design by thinking outside the box to determine the best way a test can be performed. Applying both business and functional knowledge, they develop end-to-end testing strategies a through the use of quality processes and methodologies.

Desired profile

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of Quality Assurance and Testing experience

Minimum of 1 years demonstrated experience in one or more of the following testing toolsets:

HP Suite (ALM, UFT/QTP)

IBM Rational Suite (Quality Manager, Functional Tester, ClearQuest, ClearCase

MicroFocus Suite (SilkTest)

Minimum of 1 years of experience participating in test planning and execution activities, project sizing, test strategy, test data definition, data setup, test execution, defect reporting & communication of status/metrics

Professional Skill Requirements:

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
