Location: London, Manchester, Newcastle
Salary: £31,000 - £55,000 {TBC}
Travel: up to 100% (variable)

Description
Working in Technical Delivery within our Advanced Technology and Architecture group, you will help build high performance teams to deliver complex technical solutions across all stages of the project delivery lifecycle.

Based on your skills and level of experience, you will contribute to the end to end delivery helping defining clear requirements and architectures; designing, building and testing solutions; and using DevOps for efficient code build, test and deployment.

To grow our team, we're looking for smart technical people to support our clients' processes, business change and IT transformations, using technology to fundamentally transform the way businesses operate.

For analysts and consultants, your role will be working within an Accenture team, closely to Business and IT stakeholders from our clients or third parties, to develop and implement a solution. For those with management experience, your role may include acting as a Development Lead to manage a workstream, working alongside client and third party stakeholders.

Required Skills
We're looking for people with a strong passion and understanding of technology, experience in using Agile or/and traditional delivery methodologies and who can work in different phases of a project lifecycle.

Dependent on experience we are looking to recruit at analyst through to consultant levels.

You will need:
·  A passion for technology architecture and delivery with a technical problem solving mindset.
·  A passion and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
·  A passion to grow a broad range of skills such as software development, testing, DevOps, functional analysis, etc.
·  Ability to work across all phases of the lifecycle, striving to keep your technical skills relevant with a passion for hands on practical experience.
·  Experience of delivering project management and technical delivery in IT and business environments (experienced consultant levels only).
·  An understanding of how to mobilize, manage and track a project to ensure it delivers on time and budget (experienced consultant levels only).
·  Ability to review the quality of technical deliverables throughout the project's lifecycle and provide your feedback/suggestions thereby acting as a gatekeeper to ensure adherence to technical standards (experienced consultant levels only).
·  Have a collaborative and team-building attitude.
·  Confidence to work effectively with client technical teams, programme management teams and the business to understand their requirements, roadmap and expected benefits (experienced consultant levels only).
·  Provide coaching and advisory service to clients and internal teams (experienced consultant levels only).
·  To be fully mobile, often working on-site with our clients.
·  Strong communication skills (speaking, writing, listening)

Technology
Candidates should demonstrate an understanding, plus an ability to communicate to our clients, the principles of technology architecture across multiple domains, and demonstrate skills in two of the following areas:
·  Robotics, intelligent automation and artificial intelligence (Blue Prism and UIPath are highly desirable)
·  Programming (Cloud native applications, API Integration, Microservices are highly desirable)
·  Databases
·  Technical architecture
·  Infrastructure
·  Technical design
·  Functional and/or technical testing
·  IT Project Management
·  Agile delivery methodology

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
