Role: Content Creator Portuguese Agent

Accenture are recruiting Content Creators as a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure working alongside one of our largest clients a world leader in internet and technology services while gaining hands on work experience.

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for analyzing and creating GIFs and profiles based on content uploaded by users to one of the leading social media sites. The content includes but is not limited to , videos, text based content, and comments.

On creation of the content, you will then have to take the necessary action to resolve any issues raised. You will use your problem solving ability and attention to detail skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society.

Duties and Responsibilities

Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Creating content, which has to be produced according to the requirements of our partners
· Creating websites on Tenor for new partners
· Uploading GIFs to existing partner sites on Tenor
· Reviewing content which had been flagged as a concern regarding its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Investigating and resolve issues within agreed upon turnaround times and exceed the standard of quality
· Responding to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
· Understanding and remain up to date with client policies and guidelines resolve inquires according to defined policies and procedures
· Working towards and exceed service level agreements including time to resolve and quality

Individuals will be exposed to potentially disturbing content, and will need a high level of resilience and maturity. Due to the nature of this role, the post holder might regularly be exposed to and have to deal with stroboscopic effect images.

Health, well being, and safety are our top priority we ensure that the support and resources needed is available to execute the responsibilities of this role.

·  Fluency in Portuguese and English C1 level is required
·  Understanding on how to make GIFs with Photoshop
·  Possesses a good eye for captivating GIF content that will appeal to a broad audience
·  Knowledge of internet and associated technologies
·  Pass a GIF creation and a tagging rating test
·  Experience in a professional work environment would be beneficial (Recent graduates welcome)
·  Problem solver
·  You will need strong attention to detail skills to ensure accuracy
·  Enthusiasm, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
