Workplace Management and Solutions professionals provide space and service support solutions for all Accenture people and businesses globally, running Accenture's workplace as a robust business function leveraging Accenture's business and technology strategies.

Space Administration for 49000 SQM in Hispanic south America buildings and LATAM support. with the primary focus on achieving optimal seat and space utilization, while considering the varied requirements of all workforces.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Support space management activities across multiple locations to meet business objectives

• Implement and manage space optimization projects for the local real estate portfolio.

• Develop and implement space occupancy studies and deliver data for strategic real estate commercial decisions.

• Develop space vacancy analyses focusing on finding space usage efficiencies.

• Develop and propose efficiency projects by developing test fit, block / stack,

• Collect, compile and analyze space capacity management data. Prepare statistical and narrative program reports

• Support the space capacity management daily operations

• Support the business cases development for space capacity management programs and related projects

• Support communication and change management plans as appropriate, to successfully introduce, implement and sustain changes in space capacity management programs

• May direct the work of other Workplace Solutions personnel

• Provide move coordination services to support the scheduled moves of workspace contents within existing space and associated personal items. Coordinate the specific details of move activities and serve as the primary liaison with the affected business groups. Services are for types of office, work space equipment and personal boxed items moves.

• Coordinate the move and furniture related labor, if necessary to support scheduled office move activities. Services include the pickup, relocation and placement of all boxes, peripheral equipment and other incidentals associated with move activity or customer furniture requests for rearrangements. This includes the physical labor to perform the assigned tasks and associate materials to support assigned work orders (boxes, dollies, transportation, tools, etc.). Provide updates to client Space date system.

• Document and maintain desk sharing ratios, space plans, and stacking plans at the site level

• Complete space layout and seat count updates to space management tool

• Make audits of the floor plan and seat count in space management tool by conducting a physical site walk

• May develop and implement space capacity management tracking and reporting

• May develop or assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures, to ensure efficient implementation and execution of space capacity management programs

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineer or related field

• Workplace operations and/or customer service delivery industry experience (2+ years)

• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills

• Strong leadership and motivational skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills


Professional Skill Requirements


•Mandatory manage of Autocad 2D – intermediate level

• Advanced English Level

• Nice to have Portuguese

• Knowledge and experience with program/project management methods and principles

• Knowledge and experience using various computer systems

• Strong problem solving and decision making skills English and Spanish professional written and speaking level

• Client oriented, High Organization, planification, highly analytical, management skills, data driven
