What will you do?

Deploy, maintain and support networking technologies to provide business connectivity needs, with use of the equipment of vendors: Cisco (WAN, LAN, Wireless, Security), Juniper (LAN, Security), Aruba (Wireless), Fortinet Fortigate. You will also perform supervisory duties for the team of Engineers, provide effective guidance and day-to-day mentoring.

Mostly you will:

· Provide Tier 3 operational support including on-call and troubleshooting of network performance and capacity for deployed solutions
· Participate in deployment projects and implementation of comprehensive changes in the infrastructure
· Establish expertise in several of the functional areas of network performance and application delivery solutions and services and develop a working knowledge of the remaining functional areas
· Participate in discussions with other Connectivity & Compute Services organizations regarding service requirements and development of the network strategy
· Perform supervisory duties for the team, provide effective guidance and day-to-day mentoring

Desired profile

Qualifications :

What we do expect from you?

·  At least 8 years in experience in networking technologies including operational support, design and deployment; and/or minimum 3 years' experience in direct leadership of associated engineering / operational teams
·  Deep theoretical knowledge and strong hands-on experience in multiple technical disciplines; sample areas include Routing, Switching, Wireless, Quality of Service and Security/VPN, scripting (Python/VB) and automation. Preferred consideration given to Professional or Expert proficiency in multi-vendor products including Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba; supporting these skills by actual certifications is desirable but not essential
·  Very good knowledge of English (technical and business). Solid presentation and training abilities
·  Project Management skills. Practitioner of processes in ITIL methodology
·  Experience in collaboration with the vendors (network architecture design, development of new software features, work on TAC cases etc)
