Accenture Software for Human Capital Management is currently looking for a candidate for the position of Sales Back Office Analyst to join their team, in order to support and boost international sales. Sales Back Office Team handles contract management for software license, maintenance and small services. This includes assistance to Sales managers, contract template management, software delivery coordination and data maintenance into sales system. Additionally, the candidate would be responsible for WBS and contract setup, sending billing requests to global billing teams, approving invoices, open receivables management as well as charge-out bookings and multiple administrative tasks.
Scope:
Cover the following items for US and Canadian customers
Contract and WBS management:
· internal communication, coordination of different teams within the company (e.g. internal sales, financial and billing teams)
· interaction with partner and customer to clarify contract details
· handling/escalation of contract-related customer requests
· request financial set up in SAP, invoices and credit notes
· data maintenance in the CRM system (salesforce.com)
Open receivables
Archiving all contractual documentation
Reporting and monitoring activities
Basic project coordination
Potential sales support
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Skills:
· Education in Business administration - finance or any related area, or equivalent working experience
· Languages: English
· Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Experience with SAP is a plus
· Good communication skills via phone and emails
· Background in Sales Back Office is an advantage
· Work independently with high diligence
